(January 2013) The details are scant, but Granite Gorge, outside of Keene, NH is facing a foreclosure sale on February 1st due to an $89,789.11 mortgage issued last October to Baybutt Construction. Several buildings in Keene owned by the company are also involved.
Granite Gorge was opened in 2003 on the former Pinnacle Mountain site. The mountain has 525 vertical feet, a double chair and 17 trails spread over 25 acres. It operates on a Wednesday through Sunday schedule. A base lodge was built just last year. www.granitegorge.com.
